Update: ‘The Good, The Bad, And The “OMG E…Why?”…’

Muahahahaha... IT LIVES!!!

The good bit... I now have a crude working set of timeline, keyframes, objects for animation, and animation paths (including sizing, alpha/opacity, etc). The rest I'll mention after sharing this latest awesome release from 'A State Of Trance' featuring Ferry Corsten, which I'm really enjoying right now as I update us on... EVILNESS 🙂

It's Just... Broken & Hideous

So here's what I know:

  • I am able to animate all features of any object in the markup, and the process is quite efficient in terms of system resources and loading times.
  • My calculations for positioning are currently waaay off

I would share the result here in a screenshot, but all you would see are the panel border and heading for the Stats section bunched up in the left corner, and the animation itself starting somewhere way off the page to the bottom left and expanding correctly but out of place, and then the bunching up thingy in the top left. So it lives, but just barely right now. And I am afraid to prod it in case it bites back ðŸĪŠ

For now, I'll get back to my other activities since I now know I've got the basics I need for this testing done, and look forward to catching up again soon hopefully 🙂
