Code Porting
Almost all of the code that I want to use from the original draft has been brought into the new structure. As I bring this in, I'm being careful to optimise the links and relationship between the elements to maintain everything within expected performance levels moving forward.
These considerations are important to get right now because once the time comes to make full use of Unity, the right foundation in terms of code will make everything else flow much more smoothly later with UI considerations.
I'm still developing my skills with Unity but learning well as I go along, and I'm fairly confident that with the right planning, everything will run smoothly.
Next Up
I get to have some fun with Blender and work on a few different things linked with the Unity projects in the future.
